CP Marketplace – Shipping Details

At CP Marketplace, we support two types of purchases:

a. Online Products (shipped to your address)

b. On-site Products (purchased directly from listed shops)

1. Shipping for Online Products

  • Delivery Areas: We currently ship within South Africa only.
  • Delivery Timeframes: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery may take 3–7 days depending on your location and the vendor’s dispatch schedule.
  • Delivery Partners: Vendors use trusted local couriers (e.g., PEP PAXI, Courier Guy, Aramex, PostNet).
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the vendor’s shipping method. Some vendors may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value.
  • Tracking Information: Where applicable, you will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
  • Combined Orders: If you order from multiple vendors, you will receive separate shipments.

2. Collection & On-Site Purchases

  • Physical Store Pick-up: On-site products are listed in our Business Directory. If you select an on-site product, you will contact the seller directly to arrange collection or purchase.
  • No Delivery by CP: CP Marketplace does not manage delivery or logistics for on-site products. Responsibility lies between buyer and vendor.

3. Shipping Issues

  • Delayed Deliveries: Please contact the vendor directly for any delays. If unresolved, you may report the issue via our support form.
  • Wrong or Damaged Items: Notify the vendor within 48 hours of receiving the order. The vendor’s return/refund policy will apply.

4. Vendor Shipping Responsibilities

Vendors are required to:

    • Specify their shipping method and fees clearly on their product pages.
    • Update tracking info promptly.
    • Adhere to fair shipping practices.
